After a brief discussion (10 minute quick consultation) to assess your primary concerns, you’ll receive a 20 minute acupuncture treatment tailored to your immediate needs. This session is ideal for stress relief, pain management, sleep issues, and general wellness maintenance. Perfect for returning patients or those who want a quick yet effective TCM treatment without a full consultation.
Cancellation Policy
The clinic cancellation policy aims to ensure efficient service for all clients. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows or cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will be charged in full. We understand unforeseen circumstances; therefore, exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis. To cancel or reschedule, please notify us promptly via the online booking platform or contact me directly via mobile. Your understanding allows the clinic to accommodate all clients effectively. Subscriptions, memberships and treatment plans Cancellation of memberships is unavailable to maintain fairness for both practitioners and other clients. This policy ensures that booked appointments honour the commitment made, preventing potential loss of income for practitioners and allowing for efficient scheduling to accommodate all clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and to accommodate our members, we offer a buffer periods specific to each plan for rescheduling appointments. This grace period allows flexibility for members to adjust their appointments without incurring penalties while still maintaining a commitment to the scheduled session. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy, which enables us to sustain a conducive environment for quality services and equitable scheduling. Herbal medicine prescriptions: Treatment plans Membership cancellation isn't permitted to ensure fairness for practitioners and clients. This policy maintains booking integrity, preventing income loss and allowing equal access to appointments. Any new symptoms, reductions, adverse effects, or concerns during treatment must be promptly communicated to our clinic and physician. Your immediate communication aids proactive adjustments to your treatment plan, prioritising your well-being. To ensure precise herbal medicine preparation, honesty about past/present medical interventions, health concerns, and all relevant medications is essential.
